Enterprise Product Designer
I turn complex enterprise workflows into accessible, scalable software - bridging the gap between design and engineering.
Enterprise platforms where the hard part was complexity, not pixels. Regulatory workflows, twenty-year-old software, and mobile-first rebuilds — each one a case of making a dense system feel ordinary to use.

With nearly two decades of dedicated focus on crafting adaptive and user-centric digital experiences, I refuse to settle for the status quo. My expertise spans from laying the groundwork for robust frameworks to steering enterprise-level product designs towards modern functionality while upholding timeless UX principles. Check out my resume and portfolio.
Experienced in writing clean, semantic HTML5 to structure content effectively and enhance accessibility across modern browsers and devices.
Proficient in crafting responsive, mobile-first designs using modern CSS techniques including Flexbox, Grid, transitions, and animations.
Skilled in building interactive UI components and application logic with plain JavaScript, leveraging DOM manipulation, event handling, and ES6+ features.
Comfortable working with both Sass and LESS preprocessors to write modular, maintainable stylesheets with variables, mixins, and nesting.
Committed to creating inclusive digital experiences by following WCAG guidelines. Familiar with implementing accessible markup, ARIA attributes, semantic HTML, and keyboard navigation to ensure content is usable by all users, including those with disabilities.
Utilize Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaborative design reviews—ensuring alignment between design intent and final implementation.
Experience in Angular 2+ component manipulation and front-end implementation as well as legacy AngularJS.
Gaining hands-on experience with React through personal projects. Familiar with components, JSX, and hooks, and eager to deepen my understanding of building dynamic UIs with this powerful library.
Pat was always an advocate for the customer, making sure our solutions were centered on our customers, and professionally questioning feature requests from stakeholders that may have caused problems from a customer point of view.
Being a comprehensive thinker, familiarity with UI/UX, interaction designs, and front-end coding allows him to understand the limitations of what is possible for web development.
I was never really much of a "team player." Pat almost single-handedly taught me the meaning of the word "team." Without that lesson I wouldn't be very far or happy in life.
